Rope Access Subcontractor for Builders & Remedial Contractors
How We Work With Your Site Team
Why Rope Access
Rope access lets a small crew reach façades, slab edges and upper elevations without erecting full scaffold, where the work suits it. That usually means less setup time, less disruption to the site and fewer trades waiting on access. It isn’t the answer for every job. If scaffold or an EWP is the better option for your scope, we’ll tell you straight. More on the approach in our article on working with a rope access subcontractor in Sydney.
Compliance and Credentials
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work under our SWMS and site induction?
Yes. Our crew completes your site induction and works within your site rules. We also supply our own rope access SWMS for the specific tasks, so your records cover both.
How quickly can you mobilise?
It depends on the scope. Tell us your program and we’ll confirm availability.
Do you supply your own access and anchors?
We bring our own rope access equipment. Where the building has no suitable certified anchors, we can install and certify them as part of the job, or work from an approved temporary rigging setup where that suits the site.
Do you invoice progress claims?
We can align with your payment schedule, agreed in the quote.
Send Us Your Drawings or Scope
Send through your drawings, scope or defect list and we’ll come back with a rope access methodology and quote. Prefer to talk it through first? Give us a call.
