Abseiling painting, also called rope access painting, means our painters work from ropes rigged off the roof instead of from scaffolding or a swing stage. As abseiling painters we reach each drop of the façade directly, prepare and coat it, then move across to the next drop. On most strata and commercial buildings this keeps the footpath open and avoids the cost and lead time of full scaffolding.

A durable repaint begins with understanding the existing surface and the causes of coating failure. We assess the areas to be painted, identify preparation and repair requirements, and define the access approach before finalising the scope. Your proposal should make clear which elevations and surfaces are included, how they will be prepared, the proposed coating system and any exclusions. For occupied buildings, the programme should also address resident communication, protection of nearby property and the inspections required before handover. Most of our painting is on buildings that stay in use. We give notice of work areas and times, keep entries and footpaths open with managed exclusion zones, and coordinate balcony and window access with building management so residents and tenants know what to expect each day.
