The building
A multi-storey rendered building in North Sydney with tall, flat elevations and a planted podium at the base.
The challenge
The whole exterior needed repainting, across the full height of the building.
What we did
Several technicians worked parallel drops, so each elevation was painted from the top down in vertical bands. Working this way, the finished and unfinished paint are easy to tell apart while the job is running.
Result
The exterior was repainted from top to bottom by rope access. The photos were taken from ground level at slightly different angles.
